Read this when you want an answer without waiting in a chat queue.
trustCan I get help at night and on weekends?+
Chat and phone lines stay open at every hour of every day, so public holidays in Australia make no difference. Timed from Australian Eastern Standard Time, a reply lands in roughly one minute on either. E-mail is read the whole week too, though answers there take longer.
trustWhat happens when support checks who I am?+
Expect a request for your full name and the e-mail address you registered, plus a short note on the issue. A password is never needed, and nobody on the team will ask you to share one. Confirmation of identity is done from what the account already holds.
trustDo I need to send documents?+
Documents come into play once verification opens, and the checks typically finish inside four hours. Three items are looked at: proof of identity, proof of address and a photograph of the payment card used. Send them to
[email protected] so the queue stays tidy.
trustWhy would I ask for a copy of my data?+
Personal data questions sit with a dedicated mailbox, and a copy or a deletion request goes to
[email protected]. Detail the records you want and the address on file so the right account is matched. Expectations on timing are set out in the privacy notice.
trustCan I have my account closed?+
Closure is arranged through the support team, which confirms the request against the account e-mail. One account per player is the rule, so a second sign-up gets shut down without notice. If gambling has become hard to control, ask for self-exclusion at the same time.
trustWhen is help available in my own language?+
Answers come in English, German, Finnish and Norwegian, with English the everyday language for Australian players. Ask at the start of a chat or call if you would prefer one of the other three. Round-the-clock cover means a reply does not wait for office hours.
